| Hello. Thank you for your interest in knowing a little more about me. I am a Certified Fitness Trainer and Specialist in Sports Conditioning with the International Sports Sciences Assocation. I have been involved with the fitness lifestyle and helping people achieve their fitness goals with regularity for over ten years. I have used my knowledge to compete successfully as a drug free natural bodybuilder all the way up to the national level and have over a dozen victories. I have been covered in magazines such as Ironman, FLEX, Exercise for Men, NPC News, and Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness. I specialize in sports performance enhancement as well as body toning, building, and conditioning and currently have a degree in psychology. |
