YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A SOLDIER TO TRAIN LIKE ONE!

There's training hard and then there's training harder. Nobody trains harder than the United States Military. They have to take on challenges that would leave most people gasping for air and they do it every day. We know what real training is. We have been there. Forging our bodies through the grueling process designed for the United States Army. Now we want to offer the same opportunity to you. Have you ever wondered if you “had what it takes”? This is the same program offered to new recruits during boot camp. Every Army soldier that has gone through boot camp has gone through this program and now it is your chance to see if you can hang.

After serving in the Army, Rocco told his brother Anthony about the physical training techniques used my the US Army. As soon as Anthony heard about the training methods used by the Army, he started to think how this could be applicable to civilians as well. Together they have designed a program that combines military and civilian training into a program for everyone. Everyone has to start somewhere, even soldiers. The physical fitness program is designed to take people from all fitness levels and transform them into the world's greatest fighting force on the face of the earth.

“The Army exists to deter war, or if deterrence fails, to reestablish peace through victory in combat wherever U.S. interests are challenged.”

The Army does this by training to tasks, conditions, and standards. These are our tasks conditions and standards:

Task - To help people meet their physical fitness goals and increase the health of our nation through exercise.

Conditions - Under supervision from qualified individuals, in a safe environment, with the correct training practices.

Standards - To meet and exceed the physical fitness of the United States Armed Forces.

 

THE DETAILS

Time: Boot Camp Fitness will be held between the hours of 0700- 0830 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Date: Our program runs for three weeks from July 7th to July 25th meeting four times a week. That is a total of 12 classes.

Location: We are located in the Ultimate Sambo Academy building at 133 North Main St. in
Florida, NY 10921 at the corner of Route 94 and 17A. It is easily accessible from surrounding towns such as Monroe, Central Valley, Harriman, Goshen, Middletown, Warwick, Chester, Washingtonville, and other surrounding areas.

Cost: The total cost will be $355 averaging less than $30 per class. That is less than the cost of hiring a personal trainer!
