Q: Ordering Information
A: Ordering at AnthonyChurch.com should be a very simple task. We’ve worked hard to ensure that customers can get what they want with the least run around and red tape as possible. If for any reason you have questions about ordering, please e-mail orders@anthonychurch.com or you can send us a note using our contact form here.

Q: Shipping
A: Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours of the time you place your order with us Monday through Friday. Orders for supplements will be shipped from any of our five locations around the country or a combination of them. If you have provided an e-mail address, you can expect an e-mail from anthonychurch.com notifying you that your order has been received with a summary of your purchase. Our goal is to make your shopping experience the easiest we can possibly make it for you.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS or both. Orders are sometimes shipped partially in two shipments to save you money on shipping (as crazy as that sounds). As of now, any order over $100 is ABSOLUTELY free inside the continental United States!

Q: Methods of Payment
A: We have the most payment methods for your convenience! You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover for credit card orders. This is by far the most popular and easy method of payment. Additionally, we accept PayPal payments. You can also pay by cash, check or money order through mail. Just choose that payment method when you check out, print out your order, and mail it to: Anthony Church.com - P.O. Box 373 - Highland Mills, NY - 10930 with your payment. All of these payment methods are available to choose when you check out.

Q: Out-of-Stock
A: We are almost never out of stock on an item. If this situation does come up, we will inform you by e-mail within 24-48 hours of the time you placed your order and give you the option to receive a refund or have something comparable shipped in its place.

Other products: When you order from anthonychurch.com you can be sure that you will be satisfied with your product. If you are unhappy for any reason, simply follow our return procedures and we will do our best to set wrongs right! All items must be in resellable condition and returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Before returning an item, e-mail us at returns@anthonychurch.com to obtain an RA number or use our contact form. Once you receive your RA number you will be able to return the product for a refund or exchange depending on whichever you would like. Items returned without an RA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

NOTE: Orders returned after 30 days from the time you ordered it can only be exchanged for other products or given a refund minus a 30% re-stocking charge. We believe this is fair for both of us.

Returned Checks: If for any reason your check is dishonored or returned, for your convenience, anthonychurch.com will debit from your account the amount of the check plus a $35 processing fee in addition to any applicable sales tax. Please know that WE are charged this processing fee and do not make any profit off of it but cannot take the loss.
